Nasi Ayam Taugeh @ Restoran Huri Nasi Ayam, Ipoh

UNFORTUNATELY THIS RESTAURANT HAS DISCONTINUE IT’S BUSINESS

or in English are Bean Sprout Chicken Rice @ Huri Chicken Rice Restaurant.

Salam, okay before this I had review one good and halal Nasi Ayam Hainan (Hainan Chicken Rice) in Ipoh, and now lets go eat for Nasi Ayam Taugeh (Bean Sprout Chicken Rice). Nasi Ayam Taugeh is very familiar with Ipoh. When people say Nasi Ayam Taugeh they will think of Ipoh. But most of the place that sells it was run by a Chinese. This is maybe because the origin of the Nasi Ayam is from China, so they run the business from their descendants I presumed.

Edit: The restaurant had changed its location, I will post the front view of the restaurant later.

For the Muslim, it may be hard for us to eat in the Chinese restaurant because of many reason. For me, I love Nasi Ayam and craving to try the Nasi Ayam Taugeh but I can’t if it is in the Chinese restaurant. And luckily I had found one restaurant that serve good Nasi Ayam Taugeh. The name of the restaurant is Warung Bunga Raya. The restaurant was located at the Gugusan Kampung Manjoi. I’ll give your the map later.

For me, the food is good. There are variety of them but this time I focused at the chicken rice first. The Chicken rice is very good, taste likely like chicken rice from “The Chicken Rice Shop”. And the Price is cheaper for me. The restaurant environment is good also. But I think the restaurant may be hard to find for outsiders as it was located in the village area (actually it was easier if you know the place). So I give them 4 star maybe in my opinion.

Okay, let’s go to the food-toshot lah~Read More please~

Nasi Campur Masakan Melayu @ Restoran Haji Yahya, Ipoh

Or in English Malay Cooked Mixed Rice @ Restaurant Haji Yahya, Ipoh.

Lauk We take [Eatz.me] Before this I had reviewed good Prawn Fried Rice near my attachment place. This restaurant is one of the good destination for lunch in Ipoh. I also always go here during my attachment. The food is good and it has a variety of dishes. But the price is maybe slightly higher but still reasonable.

The location of the restaurant will be included below. To me, the food is good, the variety of them makes me don’t know what to choose for. So I picked the “Ayam Masak Merah” because I like it and it taste great. I take several of ulam like Petai. The place is clean but not exclusive and it was located very near to a junction. The price is a bit high for me. But the speciality of these place overcome it, I mean the variety and taste of the food. So 4 star for them in my opinion, I not sure about you.  I think I have nothing to say anymore, let’s just go to the food-toshot. Read More please~

Nasi Goreng Udang @ Stall 34 Medan Selera Dato Sagor.

Or in English, Prawn Fried Rice @ Stall 34, Dato Sagor Food Court.

Salam, this time I want to review one stall in Ipoh that I frequently visit during my attachment period to have my lunch. The stall is located in a food court called Medan Selera Dato Sagor which in this food court there are variety of foods available. This food court also known as Medan Selera Payung, because this food court is an open rooftop food court, so they put big umbrella on every table to cover the patrons from rain or hot weather.

Dato Sagor Food Court [eatz.me]

The food court is located just beside the Masjid Negeri Perak (Perak State Mosque). And behind the Ipoh Hall. If you are a tourist, this place may be easily be found as it is located near to many historical places in Ipoh. The location map will be given at the bottom of this post. So now let’s go to the best part first, the food-toshot of the food. Please read more~

Ipoh Hainan Chicken Rice Sign [eatz.me]

Okay, enough. Start the food review. As most of Malaysians or maybe, the outsider, may known, Ipoh town is very famous with it’s Chicken Rice. There are variety of them, for example, Normal Chicken Rice, Hainan Chicken Rice, Bean sprout Chicken Rice and many more that had been modified from the normal plain chicken rice. There are other foods and beverages that quite famous in Ipoh like the Bee Hoon Soup and Ipoh white coffee. But I will try to find and review it later.

Cendol Bismillah @ Taiping, Perak

Okay, this Cendol stall may have been known by many Taiping-ians or maybe Perakians. It has been there since long time ago, where the business had be passed through the family descendants.

The cendol is good~I like the cendol with pulut, so nice~There are also Pesembur (Like Rojak) sold here for you to try on. Normal cendol only comes with the Green Cendol. Better to take the Red Beans or Pulut as the add on. For normal Cendol, it is RM1.20 for the big size (better to order for big size for satisfaction~), RM1.30 with Red Beans, RM1.40 with Pulut and RM1.50 with both of it. So the price is quite cheap rite??

Ok, the location is after the break~ Enjoy the picture first:
