Kilang Roti Segar @ Manjong, Perak

or in English, Roti Segar Factory @ Manjong, Perak.

Okay, this time its not really a restaurant actually but its a bread factory which have a small restaurant inside it. The main food is the freshly baked bread and various pastries made by the brand named Roti Segar. So, you just imagine yourself sitting down peacefully in the restaurant, having a cup of tea with a freshly baked from oven bread, it was amazing isn’t it? And by the way, this restaurant also serve various “bubur” like “Bubur kacang hitam”, “Bubur Jagung” and etc. I really recommend the Bubur.

Actually this post is made after my trip to Teluk Batik, Perak. The restaurant is located just on the roadside of Ipoh-Lumut Highway. So when I was on the way back to Ipoh, I stop to the factory aka the restaurant. And I was intending to made a post about my trip to Teluk Batik, but maybe I was just not prepared yet to made this blog a travel blog. Maybe next time InsyaAllah.

My trip was a fun one, indeed. Among the good places that I go plus I was never get there before this, is the Malaysian Royal Naval Base Camp in Lumut, Perak. It was a fun trip, we had been brought to feel the life of the Navy on the warship and get to know how the warship looks like, the interior, function and so on.

or in English, Chinese Muslim Restaurant Al-Munawarah @ Seksyen 9, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Salam,

Ok, just so if you want to know, I love Chinese food so much. They are great. But unfortunately, most of the food served by the Chinese was not Halal. So I had to find other alternative. Instead of going to Chinese restaurant, I go to any Malay restaurant that serve Chinese food.

But this restaurant is a unique one. It was run by the Chinese family that had converted to Islam, Alhamdulillah. We called them a Mualaf. So, I think, wow, that’s cool, maybe I can try some “real” Chinese food without need to worrying of the Halal or Haram of the food.

Anyway, before this, I had reviewed one Chinese food restaurant that served Dim Sum (a popular Chinese food). You may refer the post here.

However, I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the food post here, I go to this restaurant quite a long time ago, so forget already. huhu~Anyway, just enjoy the Foodtoshoot. Continue reading

Asiari Restaurant, SACC MALL @ Shah Alam

Salam,

Okay, this time I want to review one fine dining restaurant for you to try in Shah Alam. The restaurant are The Asiari Restaurant: Home of Asia’s Best.

The location of the restaurant is at the main entrance of Shah Alam City Centre (SACC) Mall. Me and my friends go to this restaurant because we have some sort of mini dinner for our club. It was just a simple dinner to celebrate our hard work for 1 year term. Anyway, we did have fun there, and so with our stomach, hoho. =D

My friends~haha, they are funny indeed~

This restaurant to me is suitable for a family-like dinner or for a date. The environment is fine.=) Anyway, enjoy the food-toshot after the break.

Restoran Ayam Penyet @Taipan USJ

Lately I see Ayam Penyet had been favourite dishes among Malaysians. So this time once again I brought to you another Ayam Penyet Restaurants. This time the restaurant located at USJ 9 Taipan Business Centre.

Before this, I had reviewed some good Ayam Penyet restaurant, you may refer to the related post below. Anyway, for this restaurant, I think it was quite okay to try. It was quite far I think from my location.

Surabaya Food Trip – Day 3 (Final Day).

Yeah, our last day in Surabaya. Sorry for the very late update about this. I have so many things to go through. Starting with my final exam and few other personal things~huhu. Anyway, I’m in holiday now, so I’m free to post to this blog, yeay!!~

For those who had lost on what am I talking about you may read my 1st and 2nd Post on Surabaya Food Travelling.

Ok, lets go for the food travel story. For the third day we only manage to go for one restaurant only because for breakfast and dinner, we eat at the hotel.

Okay, for our lunch, we go to Javana Ikan Bakar and Seafood. The location is at Jalan Sulawesi, Surabaya. Details on location will be mention below.

About this restaurant food, I thinks it’s nice~More to Chinese style of food. I even saw some Indonesian Chinese groups eating here.=) Yet, you must not worry on the halal status of the food, our tourist guide guaranteed on this.

Okay, this Restaurant is also known as Nasi Ayam Bazar Bulat 1980. Its actually located in the former Bazar Bulat (or the real name is Yau Tet Shin Round Bazaar) which is located in Ipoh, Perak. But, sadly it had been demolished in 2002. These are several image of Bazar Bulat I manage to get from internet.

Anyway, lets focus to the food babeh~

Surabaya Food Trip – Day 2

So, in the previous post, I had already show you on our first day of the trip to Surabaya. On our second day, we had some journey outside Surabaya main city, to the Apple farm at mount-what-i-not sure,=_=”. I’m so shocked that Indonesia had apple and orange farm you know.

Anyway, the journey of food is getting interesting. Our tourist guide said eating Bakso at the top of the mountain feels great. We tried it, and it really does. yup, when you eat hot food in cozy, windy weather, it feels good you know. But unfortunately I forget to get some picture. Because I was busy eating. Because I was busy taking the panorama image from the mountain. However there are many small stalls selling Bakso there or you may eat it inside the Apple farm, they have restaurant there.

Anyway, I should just proceed with our lunch and Dinner for second day. There was no breakfast because as I said in my first day post, our breakfast is provided by the hotel, so nothing specials there.

So, our lunch on second day was at Restoran Simpang Raya. The menu is, Nasi Padang. Just enjoy the food-toshot.=)

Okay, before I post on my second day food trip to Surabaya Indonesia, I just want to make short post of one more good and cheap Ayam Penyet restaurant in Shah Alam. Ayam Penyet in Shah Alam is getting famous. A lot of Ayam Penyet restaurant had opened here recently. For example there are Ayam Penyet-AP Shah Alam Branch.

But my post here is not about Ayam Penyet-AP, it was just a small stall at Prima Dua Food Court. If you remember, I had previously made some reviewed on the stall at Prima Dua food court. Yeah, that place was a very famous eating spot for UiTM student.

To avoid the crowd, if possible, please don’t come here during a peak time like lunch or at Dusk (from 6pm till 7pm) time. Seksyen 2 are very pack during that time. Because at that time students had just finished their classes, so they are going to have a meal. and don’t come after 10pm because I think they will be closing.

Anyway, I should just go for the review kot~
