Ministry Launch Malaysian Food Website.

First post on news. All news here will be regarding of all things that related with food. Ok, recently the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia had launched the official Government of Malaysia website regarding Food. The website is called Fabulous Food 1 Malaysia. And it can be reached here.

Malaysia is a haven for anyone who simply enjoys delicious food.
This statement is a true. We have variety of foods here in Malaysia. It was so many until you have a problem to choose what you want to eat here. But, unfortunately, this website only promotes 3 types of Malaysian traditional foods. What about others?
We have a lot~ Not only Nasi Lemak, Laksa and Bak Kut Teh. We also have the famous Roti Canai which maybe known as originally came from India, but who cares? Thats is also our cultural foods~ Malaysia maa~ We have Malay, Chinese, India, Singh, etc here. We eat what we can eat together. Malay eat Roti Canai, Chinese eat Roti Canai, India eat Roti Canai. And all of us eat at what we call Mamak Stall~ So there should be no problem on where the foods come from because we can eat harmoniously here. There are also other example that I need not to mention here.
But nevermind. Maybe this is a good step by the Government to promotes what are special in Malaysia that we can’t get anywhere, foods~ Btw, you may suggest best Nasi Lemak or Laksa or Bak Kut Teh in Malaysia at this website.

Salam,

You may saw some changes had been made to this site rite? Yeah, this is for your convenience surfing this food blog. Among of the changes that had been done are:
  1. The shoutbox
    Here is the place if your want to chat with other visitor or anything you want to talk. You may critic, maki or what not here. Please don’t make it at the comment column bcoz I’m too lazy to moderate the comment section. The comment column is for commenting the post only.
  2. The Twitter Update
    Here you will be inform on short update of my life. What I do currently whatnot. I will be informing on where I go eat and my other blog post (iboring.info) update. I will also update of any news.

  3. Skribit
    Here you may suggest anything. Food, blog, etc. Please don’t chat here. Only suggestion. If not I will delete it.

  4. Ads
    Yeah, although that not my main purpose of blogging, but I have put it. For my side income. Maybe with the money I may improve my way of writing and write/ explore more halal food.

Okay that’s all I believe. Erm, okay, I have several ideas on future changes I want to make to this blog. Among other, like to index the post. I may be sort it by “state”, “price” and “country”. If you have any other idea on this blog I really appreciate it. I really hope to give best convenience  as possible as I can to this blog reader.
And finally, I would like to announce that this blog update may be slower starting from now until 12 November 2009 as I have an examination to go through. It is just slower, not stop. Therefore I hoe the reader can bear with me.

Welcome To My Food Blog.

Salam and Hallo,

This is the first post of this blog. I will brief a little bit on how I establish this blog. I really hope that this blog will be successful as I had failed in my previous food blog. It not because of anything, just a minor problem-no suitable domain name. Before this my domain was iboring.info but I thought that this name was not really suitable for food blog. Therefore I tried to search other domain name until I found this name www.eatz.me. It’s quite nice for me.

Okay, this blog is regarding my life experience in finding a good food. A blog about best food. And I will always reviewed a Halal’s food. This is because I’m a muslim. I have so many ambitions or visions for this blog. My target is to cover all the good halal foods all around the world. But maybe it may takes time for that to happened. And for starting I will cover on the best halal food and restaurant around Malaysia.

And if you may see some flaw in my post, please forgive me. FYI, the photo taken here may not as good as other food blog photo as it was just taken using a 8MP Digital Compact Camera (Nikon Coolpix L19). And as the time goes by, I may update my tools by using DSLR maybe?, InsyaAllah.

Another thing, I really hope that all the readers here may participate in my posting. A comment will be much appreciated and I also enable a ranking/ rating system and it will be much appreciated if you can rate the food/ restaurant after you had tried them.
